Road Safety & COVID-19:
Stay Safe, Stay Alert
Awareness to be increased by educating the driver about the traffic rules, safe driving, and safety measures for prevention of Corona Virus.
- Advertisements, banners to promote the road safety awareness.
- Briefing competitors and public on its importance.
- Supplement with Flyers on Road Safety.
AIM: BE ON TIME ALL THE TIME
- Not a Race; cars with the least penalties over a distance win.
- Speeds are within legal limits.
- Recce is not allowed; the route is a surprise.
- Road Book – A set of instructions to help competitors navigate the rally route.
- Road Book schematics are self-explanatory.
- Rally length will be approximately 100–125 km, with a total time of 4–5 hours.
- Time controls are points along the route where each competitor's time is recorded. These are kept as surprise points and are not revealed even on the road book.

- Documentation and pre event scrutiny

- A brief introduction to the event, sponsors and partners
- A safety briefing and a range of other related activities including reviewing supplementary regulations.

- ceremonial start of the event with notable dignitaries and sponsors
